Big River Grocery is envisioned as a solution to food insecurity and blight.  As an anchor for revitalization in downtown Helena, Big River Grocery will operate a retail grocery operation on a co-op model housed within a rehabilitated structure on Cherry Street.  The program encompasses approximately X SF, with a focus on featuring fresh fruits and vegetables and other health options presented in a bright, clean environment that encourages healthy food choices.  Other essential services within the facility include a local butcher, locally-grown flowers, and dairy departments.
