The former Cleburne Hotel is a landmark structure in the Cherry Street Historic District of downtown Helena, Arkansas. It has been vacant for over 2 decades and its rehabilitation and adaptive reuse would represent one of the most significant acts of revitalization the downtown has seen. HAT was hired to explore the feasibility for repurposing the former Cleburne Hotel for student housing and other related services.
